FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to devices for transmitting muscular forces to rim of driving wheel of road-transport vehicle. Device consists of primary shaft with connecting rods and cranks at its ends and single-stage planetary reduction gear, crown of which by means of spokes or flat discs is rigidly connected with wheel rim. Both ends of the primary shaft are brought outside beyond the side walls of the reduction gear case through its sun wheel of toroidal shape. Side walls of reduction gear are rigidly fixed on frame posts. Satellites are cantilevered with possibility of free rotation around their axes without spontaneous axial displacement on the carrier. Said carrier is rigidly secured on primary shaft body in its middle part. Between the inner wall of the cylindrical housing of the hub and the crown there is an overrunning clutch or ratchet with pawls.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of transmission.
