SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for transferring material in form of film applied to tape carrier onto substrate, for instance, onto printed sheet or drawing. proposed device contains housing accommodating feed reel on which tape carrier with film is wound, and receiving reel for empty tape carrier. Tape carrier with film coating is passed along application arm which, at least in zone of enclosing with tape carrier, is furnished with spring slipper made on material with low friction coefficient and secured on application arm. Invention provides smooth running and improves transfer of film onto substrate at minimum consumption of material with due account of economical capabilities at manufacture and mounting. This is obtained owing to the fact that application arm 6 contains output lever 9 made for turning and hinge coupled.
