MECHANISM FOR DRIVING CORE OF WINNABLE REEL FOR SHIFT TAPE OF SHIFTING TRANSFER DEVICE Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering; transportation devices. SUBSTANCE: proposed mechanism can be used for driving core of winnable reel for shift tape performed by means of core of feed reel arranged at side of winnable core with radial displacement to winnable reel in housing of transfer device or in changeable cassette for transfer device. Feed reel sets first gear wheel into rotation. First gear wheel is in meshing with second gear wheel used for driving winnable reel. Pitch diameter of second gear wheel is smaller than pitch diameter of first gear wheel. Slip clutch is installed between core of one of two reels and juxtaposed gear wheel. Radially projecting ring washer is installed on each core of reel and on its side pointed to other reel. Both cores of reels partially adjoin each other by ring washers pointed to each other. First gear wheel is made in form of internal toothed rim connected with core of feed reel, second gear wheel being arranged in inner space of toothed rim. Winnable reel with central ring sleeve is installed for rotation on one support axle rigidly connected with housing and, respectively, with cassette. This ring sleeve is provided with side step takes the load from second gear wheel with external toothed rim. Second gear wheel is in meshing with first gear wheel.
