FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a resistance thermometre with at least one temperature-dependent electrical resistor element (1), having at least two connection contacts (8), a base (3) on which the resistor element can be attached in such a way that it can enter into good thermal contact with an object whose temperature must be measured, and with lead wires (2, 5) for connecting connection contacts (8) of the resistor element with the measurement device. The base (3) is a polymer material resistant to temperature of at least up to 180°C and which can be easily bent in at least one direction, where the said base is made in form of a strip with a varying cross-section whose thickness is at least four times greater than the height. In the material of the base there are at least two current conductor strips, and on the material of the base there are at least two platinum film resistors lying at a distance from each other and in contact with each other.
EFFECT: design of a simple resistance thermometre which is cheap to manufacture and which ensures good thermal contact, with possibility of placing lengthwise for measuring long sections.
