FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of 2-(O-[pyrimidine-4-yl]-methyleneoxy)phenylacetic acid, their salts and N-oxides of the general formula (I) , agents for control of harmful fungi and pests, method of their synthesis and method of control of harmful fungi and pests using compounds of the general formula (I). In compounds of the formula (I) R¹ means hydrogen atom, C_1-2-alkyl; R² means halogen atom, C_1-2-alkyl; R³ means amino-, hydroxy-, mercapto-group, halogen atom, C_1-8-alkyl being alkyl groups can be substituted with phenyl group that, in turn, can be substituted with one or two substituents independently each of other among the following: halogen atom, cyano-, nitro-group, C_1-4-alkyl, C_1-4-halogenalkyl and C_1-4-alkoxy-group; C_1-8-halgenalkyl, C_1-8-alkoxy-C_1-4-alkyl, C_1-8-alkoxy-group, C_1-8-monoalkyl- amino-group, di-C_1-8-alkylamino-group, C_1-8-alkylthio-group, C_1-8-alkyl- sulfoxyl-group, C_1-8-alkylsulfonyl-group, C_3-6-cycloalkyl group, tri-C_1-8-alkylsilyloxy-group or the following group optionally substituted by aromatic ring: phenyl, phenoxy-group, phenoxymethyl group, benzyloxy-group or heteroaryl group; R⁴ means hydrogen atom, cyano-group, halogen atom, C_1-4-alkyl, C_1-4-halogenalkyl and C_1-4-alkoxy-group; Q means groups C(=NOCH₃)-CONHCH₃, C(=NOCH₃)-COOCH₃ or N(OCH₃)-COOCH₃.
