SUBSTANCE: described are 2-iminooxyphenyl acetic acid of formula I: wherein R¹ is m= 0; R³ is H, C₁-C₆ alkyl, phenyl; R⁴ is H, C₁-C₆ alkoxy, phenyl optionally substituted by C₁-C₆ alkyl; alkenyl optionally substituted by phenyl, halogen, phenyl being optionally substituted by halogen; -Qp-C(R⁵)=N-Y-R⁶, wherein Q is direct bond; p is O or 1; Y is oxygen; R⁵ is C₁-C₆ alkyl, C₁-C₆ alkyloxy, C₁-C₆ alkyloxy-C₁-C₆ alkyl, phenyl substituted by halogen; R⁶ is C₁-C₁₀ alkyl, C₃-C₆ cycloalkyl optionally substituted by halogen; C₂-C₁₀ alkenyl optionally substituted by halogen; C₂-C₁₀ alkynyl; R³ and R⁴ together with carbon atom to which they are attached from 4-8-membered ring carbon atoms of which are substituted by C₁-C₆ alkyl, and also salts thereof. Compounds I heavily suppress mitohondrial chain of breath, thus making it possible to use them as agent for controlling insects, spider-like pests or malignant fungi.
