FIELD: organic chemistry, insecticides, fungicides. SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel derivatives of phenylacetic acid of the formula (I) where X means oxygen or sulfur atom; R means hydrogen atom and C1-C4-alkyl; R1 means hydrogen atom and C1-C4-alkyl; R2 means halogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl and C1-C4-alkoxy-group; m = 0 or 1; R3 means amino-group, halogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy-, C1-C4-alkylthio-, C1-C4-alkylamino- or di-C1-C4-alkylamino-group; R4 means cyano-, amino-group, halogen atom, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6- -alkoxy-, C1-C6-alkylthio-, C1-C6-alkylamino-, di-C1-C6-alkylamino-, C2-C6-alkenyl-, C2-C6-alkenyloxy-, C2-C6-alkynyloxy-group being hydrocarbon radicals of these groups can be partially or totally halogenated or can carry from one to three radicals taken among the following groups: cyano-, C1-C6-alkoxy-, C1-C6- -alkylamino-, di-C1-C6-alkylamino- C3-C6-cycloalkyl-group, isoxazolyl, phenyl and halogen atom; cyclic radicals in turn can be partially or totally halogenated and/or can carry from one to three groups taken among the following: C1-C6-alkyl and C1-C6-halogenalkyl, C3-C6-cycloalkyl, C3-C6-cycloalkyloxy-group, phenyl and heteroaryl taken among the group including isoxazolyl, imidazolyl, pyrazolyl, thiazolyl, thienyl, oxazolyl, furanyl, benzoxazolyl, pyrrolidinyl, pyridyl, piperidinyl, piperazinyl and morpholinyl being cyclic radicals can be partially or totally halogenated and/or can carry from one to three groups taken among the following: C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6- -halogenalkyl, C1-C6/ -alkoxy-, C1-C6-alkylamino-, di-C1-C6-alkyl- -amino-group, phenyl, halogen atom; R5 means hydrogen atom, C1-C10-alkyl, C2-C10-alkenyl, C2-C10-alkynyl being these radicals can be partially or totally halogenated or can carry from one to three groups taken among the following: cyano-, hydroxy-, amino- -group, aminocarbonyl, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy-group, C1-C6-alkoxy- -carbonyl, C1-C6-alkylamino-, di-C1-C6-alkylamino-group, C1-C6-alkyl- -aminocarbonyl, di-C1-C6-alkylaminocarbonyl, aryl, phenethyloxy- -group, heteroaryl taken among the group including pyrimidinyl, furanyl, pyrrolyl, oxazolyl, thienyl, thiazolyl, isoxazolyl and 1,2,4-oxadiazolyl being cyclic groups in turn can be partially or totally halogenated or can carry from one to three groups taken among the following: hydroxy-group, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6- -halogenalkyl, C3-C6-cycloalkyl, phenyl, halogen atom; phenyl or pyridyl that can be partially or totally halogenated or can be substituted with the group C1-C6-halogen alkyl; if X means oxygen atom and m = 0 then R3 and R4 can not mean the following values simultaneously: R3 can not mean C1-C4-alkyl and methylthio-group and R4 can not mean unsubstituted C1-C5-alkyl, unsubstituted C3-C5-cycloalkyl, substituted and unsubstituted phenyl and unsubstituted thienyl, and their salts also. Compounds of the formula (I) can be used as an agent for control against pests or deleterious fungi.
