SUBSTANCE: locking-sealing device has a body with a through hole for a flexible wire, whose one end comes out of the body, and the other is provided with a pin and forms a loop on the sealed object; the body is additionally provided with a cavity accommodating the pin catching mechanism consisting of a movable casing with balls, ring and spring, and the opposite end of the cavity is closed by an insert with spring-loaded balls arranged at an angle to the wire passing through the hole, whose end is provided with a broadening.
