FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention is provided for cutting off with stopping of any objects, where it is reasonable usage of flexible coupler in the form of segment of rope, for instance such as coaches and containers of rail transport, warehouses, stores, shops, market stalls, hatches and cars, and also transported cargoes in any kinds of transport. Device is implemented with fixing section of rod components: by main - by ball in iron ring, by additional - by threaded rod with pointed end. Bush, into which it is screwed rod is located in casing from the side of its inlet part with ability of lengthwise movement. Bush and iron ring are spring-loaded to each other. Side surface of circular groove of rod of additional fixer of rod section is implemented as tapered, vertex of cone of which is directed to the side of its pointed end. In locked position of device part of tapered surface of circular groove with minor diametre is located inside the threaded opening of bush. With part of tapered surface of circular groove with major diametre interacts sprig, rigidly installed inside the casing.

EFFECT: providing of higher efficiency of locking and simpler design.
