FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a hollow body (1) with inlet (2) and outlet (3) holes arranged at one axis for passage of a flexible element made as a section of rope with a free and a passive ends; a spring-loaded blocking facility (7) arranged in the cavity of the body for its fixation, which comprises a cam installed on an axis (9) rigidly fixed to the body and making it possible to provide simultaneous interaction of the flexible element with a cavity wall (10) and an end surface of the cam equipped with teeth. According to the invention the device is equipped with at least one additional locking facility (7.1), which is identical to the main one, duplicates its operation and is mounted in the same plane with it. The distance between axes (9 and 9.1) of cams of locking facilities (7 and 7.1) is selected as multiple to the pitch of the rope winding, and the pitch along the arc of the generatrix of the surface between the teeth of the cam is equal to the rope winding pitch. Besides, their profile is made in the form of rectangular sites, side faces of which are limited with cylindrical surfaces. Cams are installed at axes (9 and 9.1) with special ledges, and springs (17) are made as cylindrical and are installed in slots arranged perpendicularly to the axis of the rope. Besides, the distance between axes of the springs (17) is selected as equal to the distance between axes of cams. The body (1) is made as a hollow race with an insert that are rigidly connected to each other. Besides, the locking facilities are mounted in the insert. On the body (1) there is a place provided for application of a reference identification marking.
