FIELD: oil production; designed for regulation of oil flow in well operation, and also for transmission of information on formation parameters and well conditions. SUBSTANCE: oil-flow controller includes downhole instrument and surface control unit. Downhole instrument is component of telemetric system with hydraulic communications channel and has pulsator valve installed above diaphragm for varying of flow section. Control unit is made for switching-on of downhole instrument, either for transmission of information on formation parameters and well conditions, or for oil flow regulation. Installed in one well may be at least two downhole instruments. Control unit may be made for acting on downhole instruments by sending control hydraulic signals. Control hydraulic signals intended for different downhole instruments have different sequence of pulses, and downhole instruments are capable of recognition of their signals. Each downhole instrument is switched on for required regime by its sequence of pressure pulses formed by control unit. Downhole instrument is secured in well by means of retainer and its upper part has device for downhole instrument removal and for simultaneous performance of function of retainer unlocking. EFFECT: higher accuracy of control due to constant monitoring of formation conditions. 7 cl, 2 dwg
