FIELD: devices for use mainly in mining industry at delivery of explosives to the mine and loading of holes by them it can be also used in other branches of national economy at delivery of free-flowing materials and their transmission. SUBSTANCE: with the aim of increasing the efficiency of blasting by uniform loosening and mixing of explosive with compressed air and, consequently, increasing of the charge density in the hole, the device comprising a sealed vessel, hollow screw feeder, compressed air pipe-line is provided with a hollow screw feeder installed for rotation inside the sealed vessel, accommodating also a mixing chamber through which the hollow screw feeder is passed, the section of the screw feeder positioned inside the mixing chamber is perforated and provided with longitudinal ribs.
