The innovation deals with dissection of perineum-deforming scars, isolation of delicate femoral muscle as a single block together with skin section. Section area corresponds to that of wound surface after scars removal. Delicate muscle is directed round distal part of rectus. Developed locking apparatus and perineal wound are closed with transferred cutaneous fragment. EFFECT: higher reliability of locking function.
