METHOD OF SURGICAL FORMATION OF OBTURATIVE APPARATUS IN ABSENCE OF ANAL SPHINCTER MUSCLES Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for formation of obturative apparatus in absence of anal sphincter muscles. Into formed anal canal of patient introduced is diagnostic light-conductive probe of computerised laser Doppler analyser of blood microcirculation, probe being equipped with sensor for registration of information about state of blood microcirculation in transplant. Registration of process of microcirculation is carried out applying laser Doppler flowmetry with application of laser irradiation with wave length 0.8 mcm. During realisation of continuous control of character of blood microcirculation in transplant is carried out tension of gracilis muscle of hip until the moment when blood flow stops in vessels of transferred transplant of gracilis hip muscle, i.e. until pulse wave on laser Doppler flowgram, corresponding to frequency of patient's heart contractions at the moment of surgery, disappears, and immediately tension of gracilis muscle of hip is weakened until the moment when pulse wave on laser Doppler flowgram appears. Tendon end of gracilis muscle is fixed to ischial tuberosity.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of excessive compression of transplant, increase reliability of formed obturative apparatus continence.
