FIELD: medicine, oncourology. SUBSTANCE: the method could be applied at removing urine after cystectomy. One should develop trapezoidal fragment out of gastric body upon nutritive vascular pedicle to develop a reservoir. Ureters should be implanted into this reservoir. Reservoir should be anastomozed with urethra. Moreover, the bottom of trapezoidal fragment is at the greater curvature of stomach. The side opposite to the bottom is at the lesser curvature. Fragment's side at the lesser curvature is situated between gastric angle and left gastric artery being 1-2 cm distally against the site of its branching. The method enables to develop reservoir by using the lesser curvature of stomach. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation conducted.
