FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has threaded rod, threaded head and guiding extractor member. The head is designed as hollow cone with elongated three-edged sharpened tip, self-tapping supporting thread on the surface, base having bead, hexahedral protrusion and threaded hole opening into cone cavity for receiving the threaded rod. Slits are manufactured on the cone surface along its generatrix. The slits pass through the self-tapping thread without touching the base and tip. A part of the threaded rod for immersing into the cone cavity has no thread, its diameter is less and has a semi- sphere on the end. The threaded rod has nuts. The guiding extractor member has handle and working part on the end of which a blind threaded hole is done for receiving the threaded rod. EFFECT: improved fixation stability. 2 cl, 4 dwg
