FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has screwdriver, casing, support member composed of handles and threaded rod with head having an axial canal and the head has threaded canals for screwing in handles into them. The casing has cleats and supporting plates and two walls positioned in parallel and provided with wedge-like protrusions for catching extracortical fixing member and flats for holding supporting plate. The supporting plate has through threaded hole for receiving threaded rod of support member. The screwdriver has supporting flat near the head base and stem of square cross-section for fly-wheel with square socket to be changeable for handle with square socket. The screwdriver is axially rotatably introduced into the axial support member canal until it is makes engagement of the supporting flat with end face of the support member treaded rod. The square stem projects above the support member head. EFFECT: reliable engagement of working head and screw hard to remove; facilitated removal of bone fixing member after osteosynthesis. 3 dwg
