SUBSTANCE: the device uses a fixative and a base and traction members connected to it; each of them is made in the form of a screw with working section, whose thread diameter exceeds the thread diameter of the screw main section and nuts, the fixative is a stem installed in a tube with longitudinal grooves and a head with shaped ducts thickened and tapered at the working end, with a threaded tail piece on the fastening end, and traction wires located in the longitudinal grooves and ducts; the base is made in the form of arched supports with perosseous members and brackets, whose fastening ends have threads and are installed in the arched supports, and the cantilever ends have slots, and installed in slots on half-axles with inserts with threaded holes for the fixative threaded tail piece and threadless holes for the main sections of the screws; the threaded tail pieces of stems and the main sections of screws are furnished with faceted end-pieces for movement in the inserts.
