FIELD: medicine, immunology, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention elates to preparations used for treatment of cardiovascular system diseases and methods of their usage, in part, antithrombotic preparations prepared on the basis of monoclonal antibodies. Invention describes an antithrombotic preparation containing F(ab′)2-fragments of antibody FraMon in the concentration 1-5 mg/ml and also method of prophylaxis and treatment of thrombosis by intravenous administration of solution containing 1-5 mg of antibody FraMon per ml of F(ab′)2-fragments as bolus in the dose 0.25 mg/kg of weight, not less. Invention provides the development of effective antithrombotic preparation and method of prophylaxis and treatment of thrombosis, among them, in carrying out the coronary angioplasty.
