FIELD: medicine, roentgenology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied at diagnostics of different human and animal organs. The suggested preparation to study smooth muscular hollow organs and other soft tissues based upon solution of roentgenocontrast substance includes additives, and which as a solution contains tantalum suspension of, at least, one element chosen out of group including yttrium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, lutetium, and/or niobate of, at least, one element chosen out of the same group, and/or their mixture treated at the mode of striking mechanical loadings of 10 g intensity, not less. EFFECT: higher efficiency of roentgenography.
