FIELD: lifting facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed outrigger-container hydraulic cylinder with telescopic extensible rod secured on housing of module-container. Rod is provided with support foot on lower end. Outrigger is furnished with hydraulic cylinder supply hydraulic system including reservoir with working liquid, hydraulic pump, low-pressure main line with check valve, pressure main line, main line to drain working liquid from hydraulic cylinder, pilot controlled check valve with controllable cutoff valve and manually operated distributor to control process of outrigger extension. Said distributor is essentially two-position four-stroke spooltype distributor with spring-loaded cylindrical plunger. Controllable cutoff valve of pilot-controlled check valve is furnished with manual drive and is installed in pressure main line at inlet of working space of hydraulic cylinder. High-pressure inlet port of distributor is connected to outlet of hydraulic pump, first high-pressure outlet- port is connected to inlet of cutoff valve of pilot-controlled check valve, second outlet port is connected to control space of cutoff valve of pilot-controlled check valve, and first and second drain ports are connected with low-pressure main line before check valve. In process of operation, when spool-type distributor is in first position, first high-pressure outlet port is connected with high-pressure inlet port, and second one is connected with one of drain ports. When spool-type distributor is in second position, first high-pressure outlet port is connected with one of drain ports, and second one, with high-pressure inlet port.
