FIELD: water cleaning and water treatment systems. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has chlorinator, filter, control valve, actuating mechanism, ejector, control unit, water flow rate sensor for water under treatment process, residual chlorine sensor, and drive, with said parts of apparatus being sequentially positioned in chlorination mains. Output of ejector is connected to channel for water under treatment process. Said sensors and drive are connected to control unit. Apparatus is further equipped with gas pressure regulator positioned between filter and control valve, indicating member disposed in chlorine mains, and set of sensitive members, each forming pair with indicating member upon movement thereof and being connected to control unit. Actuating mechanism has driving and driven bellows connected with one another through bypass tube. Driven bellows is arranged in chlorine mains and connected to control valve and driving bellows is connected to drive through screw transmission. Apparatus is designed for liquid disinfecting equipment using gaseous chlorine, namely, in dosing and regulating devices for mixing fluids and may be employed in water cleaning and water treatment enterprises, as well as in chemical industry enterprises.
