SUBSTANCE: method involves separating lignosulfonate solution with following separating of concentrate and filtrate and normalizing thereof; treating normalized concentrate with potassium carbonate solution to produce first lignosulfonate plasticizer - modulator; cultivating microorganism mixture on filtrate; separating biomass from liquid phase; subjecting the latter to superfiltering, with solid phase making second lignosulfonate plasticizer - air retainer; mixing first lignosulfonate plasticizer - modulator with liquid phase obtained after separating of biomass to produce third lignosulfonate plasticizer - hardening promoter.
