FIELD: agriculture, plant growing under conditions of structures with protected ground. SUBSTANCE: invention provides for modernization, renewal and replacement of obsolete equipment and systems, and building structures. Reconstruction is effected by stages without removal from operation of working areas. The first stage includes installation of multistage narrow- shelve hydroponic units, process equipment and engineering systems. The second stage covers completion of installation of hydroponic units and equipment, and operation of greenhouse is started. The third stage provides for dismantling of old guard structures of roof and heating systems, and installation of new guard structures of roof. The fourth stage includes completion of installation operations and performance of starting and adjusting jobs, and handling the greenhouse over for operation. Device for reconstruction presents a supplied made in form of multistage narrow- shelve hydroponic unit with production process equipment and engineering systems for plant survival. Installed on unit frames for motion and fastening are posts for support of new roof component structures.
