FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, designs of doors and methods of their manufacture. SUBSTANCE: door consists of frame and leaf having framing with covering members. Internal side planes of door frame are facing external side planes of door leaf framing with formation of labyrinth clearance between them. At least, two internal side planes of door frame are arranged at some angle to each other, and at least, two external side planes of door leaf casing located from opposite sides of door leaf casing are positioned at some angle to each other. At least two external side planes of dour frame located from opposite sides of door frame are made at some angle to each other. Labyrinth clearance farmed by planes located relative to plane of door leaf mainly at angle different from right angle. Method of door manufacture includes manufacture of door frame and framing of door leaf from lengths of profiles. First, corresponding lengths of door frame profile and door leaf framing profile are put together to position in which they are with door wing closed. Located between them is, of least, one spacer and then, lengths of door frame profile and profile of door leaf framing are locked relative to are another in said position. Further on, end parts of put together lengths of door frame profile and door leaf framing profile are cutoff to preset length and at preset angle to produce intermediate product. They are put together with locking of lengths of door frame profile between are another and locking of lengths of door framing profile with one another to form door frame and door leaf framing.
