FIELD: building units, particularly door structures.
SUBSTANCE: door unit has metal door case defining door opening and formed by door frame and by ledge connected to door frame. Ledge has working surfaces. Door leaf is pivotally connected to door case. Door unit also has locking mechanism for door fixation into closed position into which working surfaces of door leaf are located opposite to working ledge surfaces. Frame is created of Z-shaped metal profile. Extreme outer flange of Z-shaped profile rests by its inner surface upon outer surface of door opening. Extreme inner flange of Z-shaped profile has fixer bended inwards. Ledge is made as stepped metal profile with inner and outer flanges connected correspondingly with extreme inner and outer flanges of Z-shaped profile for forming sealed chamber arranged along door opening perimeter and the first semi-closed chamber in connection area between extreme inner flanges of ledge and frame near fixer. Working surfaces of door leaf are formed of Z-shaped metal members which create stepped gaps bounded by working ledge surfaces into closed position and have fixes connected to each flange thereof which form the second semi-closed chamber. Sealing members are arranged into the first and the second semi-closed chambers.
EFFECT: increased reliability and air-tightness of locked room, decreased possibility of unauthorized access into room.
