FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in different industries for measuring flow rates of liquids and gases. According to invention, turbine is placed between two cones installed in mirror-like manner. Bushings of sliding bearings of sliding bearings are placed in holes of cones with spring shock absorbers on bottom. Ends of shaft are fitted in bushings with balls on bottom. Measuring turbine is freely fitted on shaft. Turbine is locked on shaft by means of two lockwashers. Through holes of diameter smaller than diameter of shaft are made along axes of cones, sliding bearing bushings and shaft. Invention makes it possible to measure flow rates of straight and reverse flows and flow rate of cryogenic liquids. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 cl, 1 dwg
