FIELD: flying vehicle control technique. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes forming coded paroles for flying vehicle operator and surface control point controller for permitting free control of flying vehicle for operator when coded paroles are introduced at different periods of time. If it is necessary to obtain prompt response to dangerous situation, only coded parole is introduced in expert system at ground control point and operator is allowed to perform free control of flying vehicle if expert system permits to do so. When it is necessary to obtain immediate response to dangerous situation, control of flying vehicle is shifted to automatic control system; in case of unauthorized deflection of flying vehicle from probable flight programs, control of flying vehicle is shifted to automatic control systems or to other on-board control units or control is effected by commands from ground control point. EFFECT: enhanced safety of flights including inadequate response of operator to dangerous situations.
