FIELD: technique of monitoring of movement of vehicles, applicable for operative location, fall of flight vehicles inclusive.
SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the fact that a basis of knowledges for setup of possible programs is formed, as well as the capacity for work of the vehicle operator, vehicle on-board equipment and operator's work are estimated with the aid of the experimental system, emergency situations are predicted according to the results of the analysis and experience of researches of accidents, and the operator is in due time informed on the arised malfunctions of the on-board equipment and on a change of the movement condition, the class and the degree of complexity of the dangerous situation are estimated, on the bases of the knowledges the operator receives recommendations and the decisions are formed for minimization of the heaviness of consequences, prevention of development of the emergency situation into a catastrophic one, and if the operator does not realize the recommendations on putting the vehicle out of the dangerous situation for any reason, the vehicle control is transferred to the automatic control system, as well as in case of a necessity of an immediate response to the dangerous situation the vehicle control is transferred to the automatic control system, and at an unauthorized deviation of the vehicle from the possible programs of movement through the operator's fault the control of it is transferred to the automatic control system or to other on-board instruments realizing the control, or the control is realized by commands from the ground control point, or in case the dangerous situation may develop or has developed into a catastrophic one a radio message at a definite frequency goes on the air with the aid of the experimental system, the vehicle board number or other identification signs of the vehicle, the time of message transmission, information on the vehicle co-ordinates, on the direction of its movement and other data are indicated in it, the radio message from the vehicle is received at the ground control points, and depending on the vehicle location, corrections to the recommendations and commands of the experimental system are introduced from the ground control points, and measures for rescuing of the crew, passengers and freight being on board the vehicle are taken.
EFFECT: provided control of the vehicle in case the dangerous situation may develop or has developed into a catastrophic one.
