SUBSTANCE: device that may be used for transmitting digital data with aid of M-bit noise-like signals shaped around set of cyclic shifts of N-position binary pseudorandom sequence is essentially acoustic degenerate convolver incorporating piezoelectric acoustic conductor carrying on its ends interdigital metal transducers and parametric electrode disposed in its center and made in the form of rectangular metal wafer whose length is to be found from equation given in description of invention. M-bit signals are processed using single device by increasing length of parametric electrode and feeding reference signal incorporating double quantity of elements.
