FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: on the transmitting side, the flow of transmitted data is shared into blocks containing l bits and k extra bits; predetermined pseudo-random sequence (PRS) is formed with the cyclic time shift (CTS), defined by the combination of l bits of the corresponding transmitted block in accordance with the selected encoding method; code modulation (CM) is implemented on the results of forming PRS with CTS, defined by the combination of k additional bits of corresponding transmitted block in accordance with the selected encoding method; the sequence of NSS is formed by phase-shift keying of high frequency tone signal, and key function, when trasmitting the block, is the result of CM implementation; generated sequence of NSS is transmitted, and input data for operation of splitting the flow of data to be transferred is the input sequences of this data, and the step of forming PRS with CTS is performed on the result of operation of splitting the flow of data to be transferred, received signals are converted into electrical on the receiving side; correlation maximum of received signal with NSS, formed by phase-shift keying according to the law of preset PRS with zero CTS, with each qk(with qk=1 …Q, and Q=2k) alternative to CM, is defined; combination of k additional bits of given received data block is determined, based on results of correlation maximum of received signal with NSS determination at each qk-th alternative to CM; the amount of CTS with respect to the alternative CM is determined, to which the specified combination of the k additional bits corresponds; the combination of l bits of a received block is determined on the basis of said result of the CTS determination; a set of k+l bits of a received block is formed on said results of its l bits and k extra bits determination. In the information transmission method, coding (and corresponding decoding) of k bits of each block of transmitted data is implemented by inserting CM into each result of PRS formation with CTS, while CM implementation does not result in an increase in the duration of each transmitted data.

EFFECT: increasing the speed of digital information transmission.
