FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: method includes, during transmission, dividing a stream of transmitted data into blocks of l bits and k additional beats each; generating a pseudorandom sequence with cyclic time shift, defined in accordance with the selected coding method; performing phase-shift keying according to the law of the generated pseudorandom sequence with cyclic time shift; performing code modulation of the resultant phase-shift keyed signal, thereby generating each noise-like signal to be transmitted; transmitting the generated noise-like signal; during reception, based on the result of determining the maximum of said correlation, determining the cyclic time shift value in the received block as applied to that code modulation alternative based on which a combination of k additional bits of said block is determined; from said cyclic time shift value in accordance with a method which is the reverse of the selected coding method, determining a combination of l bits of each received block; the set of bits of each received block is formed taking into account said l bits and k additional bits.

EFFECT: high rate of transmitting digital information.
