SUBSTANCE: round-the- clock communication with remote territories of Earth is ensured by connecting additional geostationary satellite on equatorial orbit of Earth- Moon portion, its receiving antenna being aimed at Earth for receiving ground transmitter signals; transmitting antenna is permanently directed to center of Moon's disk during movement over orbit at minimal satellite- to-Moon distance and is connected for transmission within direct Moon visibility section at angle ±θ relative to conventional Earth-Moon axis; angle θ meets inequality θ≤0,09deg.
