Then first and second signals of four-position phase manipulation are formed, obtained noise signal is amplified K times and is summed up with input signal of sixteen-position quadrature amplitude manipulation, frequency of pulse flow of incompatibles per each of four partial channels is measured and evaluation of error probability in digital symbols A,B,C,D across output of demodulator is obtained.
