FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: in trimester 1 one should preliminary detect the side of yellow body localization, study the type of circulation in intervillous space at the side of yellow body localization. At registration of doppler's signal for arterial type of intervillous circulation from the right side one should diagnose threatening discontinuity of pregnancy. At registration of doppler's signal for arterial type of intervillous circulation from the left side one should additionally measure systolo-diastolic ratio in both right and left uterine arteries, and if systolo-diastolic ratio in left uterine artery is greater against that in right uterine artery one should diagnose threatening discontinuity of pregnancy. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.
