FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out dopplerometric assay to determine resistance indices of circulation rates curves (CRC) in fetal middle cerebral artery (MCA) both before and after pharmacological sampling at addition of trental. At decreased resistance indices of CRC in fetal MCA one should conduct delivery through natural parturient canal, and at increased resistance indices of CRC in fetal MCA it is necessary to choose Caesarean operation. Trental addition is carried out intravenously by drops at dilution of 5 ml trental/200 ml physiological solution. The method enables to increase accuracy in choosing the tactics of delivery.
