FIELD: medicinal industry, pharmaceutical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of preparations used as medicinal agents in dysbacteriosis, chemotherapy and digestive tract diseases. Method involves culturing industrial strains of corresponding microorganisms in stainless reactors at temperature 37 ± 1 C at stirring and under aeration in nutrient medium containing hydrolyzates of protein substrates with addition of ammonia, glucose for 6-7 h, pH value is 5.5-8.0 followed by pouring the prepared bacterial mass in ampoules or flasks, its freezing and the following liophilic drying. Before pouring method involves concentration of bacterial mass on ceramic filters with cutting off the fraction of size 0.2-0.4 mcm in feeding bacterial mass by tangentially to filtration surface. EFFECT: reduced time of liophilic drying and energy consumption, elevated storage time. 4 ex
