FIELD: medicine, medicinal industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of preparations used for immunotherapy and immunoprophylaxis of bacterial and viral diseases. Blood plasma is fractionated with ethyl alcohol at low temperature, immunoglobulin- -containing precipitate is isolated and dissolved its in sodium chloride solution. Prothrombin precipitate is isolated by centrifugation, pH value of obtained supernatant is brought about to 5.3 ± 0.05 and ethyl alcohol is added to concentration 16-18% at simultaneous decrease of temperature to minus 5-6 C. Inert precipitate is removed by centrifugation, pH value of obtained supernatant is brought about to 5.9-6.0 and DEAE-Sephadex is added as measured for 6-10 ml/l of solution. Solution is incubated for 1-5 h, DEAE-Sephadex is removed by filtration and precipitate of the end product is obtained by alcohol precipitation. Precipitate is dissolved in physiological solution, then glycocol is added and sterilizing filtration is carried out.
