FIELD: medicine, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of medicinal preparations from human blood. Ceruloplasmin is obtained from human plasma by homogenization of precipitate of Cohn's alcoholic fraction IV-I in sodium chloride solution, heat denaturation of protein impurities, sorption of obtained solution on DEAE-Sephadex column followed by elution with 0.1 M solution of sodium chloride (not above). Impurities are precipitated with a mixture of ethyl alcohol and chloroform, separated by centrifugation and the end product is precipitated with ethyl alcohol. Precipitate is dissolved, subjected for sterilizing filtration and ceruloplasmin solution is pasteurized and dried by lyophilization. EFFECT: increased yield of end product, decreased time of technological process, enhanced virological safety of preparation. 1 ex
