FIELD: industry of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing gas silicate mixtures and autoclave gas silicate based on thereof. Carbonate-filled hydrated lime for production of gas silicate comprising silicate slime is obtained by slaking crushed quicklime with carbonate slime from water softening substances from heat and power plant (HPP) taken in the amount from 5 to 10% of hydrated lime mass (as measured for dry matter). Invention provides preparing binding agent exhibiting the smooth slaking curve with the simultaneous enhancement of water resistance.
