FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: plasticizer additive for mortars comprises slurry resulting from neutralization of aluminium alloy waste with lime milk in the presence of coagulants such as iron sulfate and aluminium sulfate. The slurry comprises (wt %): 36-44 CaCO3; 17-19 Fe(OH)3; 15-18 Al(OH)3; 10-12 Ca(OH)2; 4-8 Mg(OH)2; 4-6 MgCO3; 2-4 CaSO4; and 1-2 SiO2. Use of the additive makes it possible to increase viability of mortar mixture due to intensification of adsorption processes. EFFECT: improved properties. 2 tbl
