SUBSTANCE: invention describes nucleotide sequence able to inhibit IL-6 activity that comprises: 1) eight-fold repeat of nucleotide sequence that is APRE-element of the general formula ZXMYKGKAA where Z represents T or G or can absent; X represents T or can absence also; M represents C or A; Y represents C or T and K represents T or G in combination with 2) at least one nucleotide sequence composing a binding site of transcription factor discerning from APRE-element, as such sites presenting in promoter regions. Based on prepared nucleotide sequence the plasmid vector for transfection into mammalian cells is constructed.
