SUBSTANCE: collar of elastic material, mainly of rubber includes two cylindrical portions with different diameters arranged coaxially and transition portion joining them. Collar has lengthwise stepped connector forming lock-type joint with outer and inner members made monolytically with remaining parts of collar. Inner member has at least two rows of stoppers with cone heads and stems; outer member has two rows of openings respective to said stoppers. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of sealing. 5 cl, 7 dwg
