FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the oil industry, namely to the wellhead equipment of deep-pumping wells with their high water cut. A wellhead blowout prevention stuffing box with high water cut of wells contains a tubular body, a polished rod, upper and lower packing chambers with metal cups, bushings and rubber rings located in them. In the upper chamber, a sleeve is placed in a metal cup, shortened by 0.7-1 cm in relation to the cup and having a lower edge beveled at an angle of 45-60 degrees. Under the sleeve, there are several rubber rings and additionally one or two wooden rings. In the lower chamber, several rubber rings and an additional wooden ring are placed from bottom to top above the sleeve, while the inner diameter of the rubber rings is 1-2.5 mm smaller than the diameter of the rod. The inner diameter of the wooden rings is equal to the diameter of the rod. Wooden rings are made of modified hardwood with a density of 1000-1350 kg/m³. The sleeves are made of modified hardwood with a density of 1000-1350 kg/m³ with oil impregnation by 8-10%.

EFFECT: increase in the sealing ability of the wellhead blowout prevention stuffing box with increased well water cut, simplification of the design and an increase in the overhaul life of its operation.
