SUBSTANCE: proposed compound includes ascorbic acid, complexing compound - monosubstituted ammonium citrate, tartaric acid, dissolving promoter and water at definite ratio of components. Proposed compound makes it possible to remove deposits at density higher than 2500 kg/cu m at high rate of dissolving and low consumption of solution. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 tbl
