SUBSTANCE: device that may be used in power instruments of industrial electric drive and automatic-control systems has input lead for connecting common conductor, second input lead for connecting dc voltage supply, and at least one more additional input lead may be provided for connecting logic control signal source; leads are connected to analog-to-pulse converter incorporating threshold element and coupling members with threshold switch inserted in output circuit of analog-to-pulse converter.
