FIELD: laser engineering. SUBSTANCE: solid-state laser designed for operation in nanosecond pulse-length range has blind and partially transparent mirrors, optical wedge or dispersing prism, nonlinear optical elements for cascaded radiation frequency conversion, electrooptic modulator, and active element. Active element is disposed symmetrically relative to cavity semi-axes. Cavity has three mirrors. EFFECT: enhanced maximal radiation pulse repetition rate, enlarged spectral radiation range due to minor lasing transitions. 1 cl, 2 dwg
