SUBSTANCE: cryptographic data protection device has source data conversion unit whose encoder converts source fill across communication key into coded fill; feedback shift register that generates long-period intermediate binary sequence stream; delay unit that generates long-period intermediate binary sequence of digital length; switch that divides capacity of mentioned sequence into two parts of which one part is intermediate fill and other one is intermediate key; gamma generation unit wherein encoder encodes intermediate fill with aid of block cipher at intermediate key with intermediate generation of gamma block; compression unit that converts gamma blocks into compressed gamma blocks; and source information encoding block wherein register converts source information and organizes data block; compression unit executes compressing conversion to obtain compressed data blocks ,and adder encodes source information by superimposing compressed gamma blocks onto compressed data blocks to obtain encoded information.
