FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has seed hopper and treatment chamber with inductor made in the form of stator of three-phase electric machine with two three- phase windings. Ferromagnetic cylinder is mounted inside stator. Apparatus is further provided with controllable rectifier connected to supply mains, filter condensator, transistor commutator, pulse distributor, pulse former, and setting generator. Three-phase windings of inductor are connected at one side in counter "star-like" arrangement and with positive terminals of controllable rectifier and filter condenser and are connected at other side through commutator transistors with negative terminal of controllable rectifier and filter condenser. Commutator transistor bases are connected with pulse distributor, which is connected through pulse former with setting generator. EFFECT: increased efficiency in treating seed by stabilized rotational frequency of electromagnetic field. 3 dwg
