FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves, according to first version, preparing confectionery product with glaze looking like strips or spots and formed of at least two layers of glazing substances, with first glazing substance being applied onto confectionery product by spraying or dipping for covering confectionery product with first layer; directing confectionery product between two opposite surfaces of pair of rotating disks from which second glazing substance jets are ejected by centrifugal force onto glazed confectionery product; according to second version, ejecting second glazing substance onto confectionery product having first glazing layer, with second glazing substance flow being supplied under high pressure and colliding with fixed shaped surface, from which glazing substance is sprayed onto confectionery product; according to third version, directing in vertical plane confectionery product covered with first glazing layer past hollow rotating reservoir equipped with at least one opening through which one or several jets of second glazing substance are ejected by centrifugal force onto glazed confectionery product.
